Automotive Service Advisor
Mastercraft Discount Auto & Tire has an immediate career opportunity for a
results-oriented, self-starter to drive the success of one of our high-tech
automotive service centers. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive
service advisor experience. This position offers has a great compensation
package, benefits, and tremendous opportunity.
• Your responsibilities will include greeting customers and
assisting them with any inquiries.
• Each vehicle requires a walk thru and list of customers
concerns so you are able to convey to the technician so they can properly
diagnose and service the vehicle.
• Keep customer apprised of all applicable service specials.
And keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible
changes.
• Follow up on progress of each repair order during the day
and contact clients by phone or e-mail.
• Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle
to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns were addressed.
• Be knowledgeable of product well enough to answer questions
regarding the customer’s vehicle.
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential
problems involving clients, repairs, and equipment.
Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Service
Advisor
• Valid Driver’s License
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and
customer satisfaction
• Team player but ability to work independently
• Maintain knowledge of products and policies

A , B and C Level Automotive Technicians
Mastercraft
Discount Auto & Tire has an immediate career opportunity for A, B
& C Level Automotive Technicians at multiple locations. Including
Bayville, Waretown, Manahawkin and Little Egg Harbor.
- Use
shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment with
confidence and in accordance with all safety procedures and
environmental standards for maintenance/repair facilities
- Expertly diagnose issues based upon experience, analysis, and testing
- Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
- Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components
- Repair automobiles and light trucks that run on multiple fuel sources
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena
- High School diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Own tools necessary to complete A & B level service jobs
- Ability to repair Vehicles correctly the first time
- Two years experience and able to operate a standard transmission
- Strong work ethic, proven customer service skills and a high level of professional integrity
- Lifting ability up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and Pass Drug & Background check

Part-Time Tow Truck Driver(s)
Because of our continued growth we are searching for an experience Part-Time Tow Truck Driver to join our team. If you are an experienced Tow Truck Driver, mature minded and responsible individual who is familiar with the Southern Ocean County area we would like to hear from you.
Must have Light Duty Towing experience.
Must have a valid Class A CDL.
